My Coaching Philosophy & Experience: I have transformed the fitness and health of hundreds of driven clients, and I continue to regard those results as my greatest accomplishment. Track & Field: I competed as a sprinter for TrackSpeedUK at the Crystal Palace Sports Centre, where I also completed elite warm-weather training in Florida alongside some of the world's top track athletes.
Combat Sports: I have boxed at interclub level and sparred with many amateur national competitors and champions. Training out of 2Kings ABA and Earlsfield ABA.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ): I am currently a highly competitive BJJ grappler with a record of 14 wins (13 by submission) and 6 losses, and I hold 3 Gold and 1 Silver medals.
